- Contact details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number.
- Booking and trip details: travel dates, guest numbers, accommodation or cruise ship, pickup locations, flight times, interests and special requests.
- Information you choose to share: such as dietary needs, accessibility or medical information relevant to safety, or celebration details.
- Payment information: booking reference, amount, payment type and payment status. See “Payments” below.
- Vehicle rental: driver details and licence information where required.
- Messages: communications with us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram.
02How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and plan your experience.
- To confirm, manage and deliver bookings, transportation, accommodation and concierge requests.
- To take and record payments and issue refunds.
- To keep guests safe and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve our services. We will only send marketing messages if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
04Payments
LiiVARA does not store complete card numbers or CVV codes. Online card payments will be processed securely by LiiVARA's approved payment provider once activated, and card details will be entered directly with that provider. We keep only limited payment records, such as amount, date, reference and status.
05Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
07Third-party sites
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, email and other services take you to platforms with their own privacy policies.
08Your privacy requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting us below. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
09Children
Bookings must be made by an adult. We collect information about children only as provided by a parent or guardian for a booking.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
