01Our services

LiiVARA offers personalized island experiences, private tours, concierge assistance, transportation, help arranging accommodation, and vehicle rental arrangements. Experiences and places shown on this website are ideas we can help you explore or arrange — they are not guaranteed inclusions, and availability, timing and details are confirmed with you when planning. Images may be illustrative.

02Bookings, pricing & payment

A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit or payment is received and we send written confirmation. Prices are quoted in USD or XCD as stated on your quote. Deposits, balances, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Online card payments will be processed by LiiVARA's approved payment provider once activated. LiiVARA does not store complete card numbers or CVV codes.

03Itinerary changes

We plan around your pace, but timings are estimates. Traffic, weather, sea conditions, cruise-ship schedules, site closures and other factors may require changes on the day. We'll always aim to offer a comparable alternative and keep you informed.

04Guest safety & conduct

• Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions, mobility needs, pregnancy, allergies or swimming ability that may affect an activity.
• Follow the safety instructions of LiiVARA, captains, guides, drivers and operators. Some activities have age, health, weight or ability requirements.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• We may refuse or end a service, without refund, if a guest's behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or affected by alcohol or drugs in a way that puts anyone at risk.
• Please respect local laws, communities, wildlife, reefs and heritage sites.

Water, adventure and outdoor activities carry natural risks. You take part voluntarily and are responsible for choosing activities suited to your health and ability. We recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance.

05Third-party providers

Some services are delivered by independent operators, property owners, restaurants, boat companies and transport providers. We choose partners with care, but they are responsible for their own services, and their own terms may apply. LiiVARA is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties, except where we are at fault or where the law says otherwise.

06Accommodation

Accommodation details, house rules, check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits and any damage deposits will be confirmed before you book. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in good condition and for loss or damage caused by their group beyond normal wear and tear.

07Transportation

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and place. We'll wait a reasonable time, but delays may shorten or cancel a service. Flight and ship delays should be communicated as soon as possible so we can adjust. Seatbelts must be worn where fitted, and child seats should be requested in advance.

08Vehicle rental

Drivers must hold a valid licence and any local driving permit required in Antigua and Barbuda, meet any age requirements, and follow local traffic laws (driving is on the left). A refundable security deposit may apply. Renters are responsible for fuel, fines, tolls and damage during the rental period, subject to the rental conditions provided before you pay.

09Concierge requests

We'll make every reasonable effort to fulfil concierge requests such as reservations, groceries, errands and celebrations. Some requests depend on third-party availability and cannot be guaranteed. Costs of goods and third-party services are payable in addition to our service fee, as agreed with you.

10Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, LiiVARA is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for events beyond our reasonable control, or for losses caused by a guest's own actions or failure to follow safety instructions, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid to LiiVARA for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11Website & intellectual property

The LiiVARA name, logo, sea-turtle mark, website design, text and images belong to LiiVARA or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. We work to keep the site accurate, but information may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Links to other sites (such as Instagram or WhatsApp) are provided for convenience and are governed by those services' own terms.

12Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda. We'd always prefer to resolve any concern directly and informally — please contact us first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be handled by the courts of Antigua and Barbuda, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have in your home country.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you confirm your booking applies to that booking.
